Dying Kindness Essentials

Dying Kindness Essentials is a comprehensive live group coaching course that will provide you with the tools, support, and accountability you need to finally check off that "I need to get this done" box! By working together as a cohort over several weeks, you'll be able to transform the mental blocks that keep you from making crucial decisions that will have lasting effects on those you love.

  • Accountability partners to help hold you to your decisions
  • Support and tools to get through hard emotions that can get you stuck
  • Frank conversation where you can ask the questions you've been wanting to ask
  • Practice sessions to learn how to have tough conversations (e.g., talking with your parents about their plans)
  • Alternating lecture and lab sessions because sometimes you need more information and other times you just need to set aside time to work on your stuff
  • Will include discussions often not covered by mainstream funeral planning: No kids, no partner, multiple partners, LGBTQIA+, family in multiple countries, etc.
  • Topics covered:
    • Death Literacy
    • Wills/Trusts
    • Final Disposition
    • Advance Directives
